The merchant services support team has been awarded the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) Call Center Award of Distinction twelve years in a row. This award was created 15 years ago to recognize the overall quality of the call center industry. Following a six-month test, an independent panel of judges make a selection after reviewing candidates for response time, courtesy, etiquette, accuracy, proper call techniques, and customer relationship management.
